Northview Church has revitalized the once vacant medical office building at Binford Boulevard and 65th Street in Indianapolis into a mixed use facility. The building is home to office and conferencing space for Northview Church Central Services staff as well as a worship auditorium, Capstone Cafe’s second location, and an expanded Northview Kids space that doubles as a daycare during the week with the Learning Care Group.
The second floor space has been transformed into a mix of private offices, open concept work stations, private conference rooms, collaborative touch-down meeting spaces, and an employee hospitality center. As you move through the space you’ll notice the different community hubs that house the communication, kids & students, missions, and accounting teams. The hubs have team meeting tables and places to quickly meet with 1-4 people. There are varying sizes of private conference rooms interspersed throughout the space that can accommodate 20+ people. Private offices with frosted glass walls allow for natural light throughout the space as well as privacy. Northview staff have access to the hospitality center as well as resource rooms for supplies and copying needs. A mix of LVT (luxury vinyl tile) and carpet flooring help to separate walkways and work spaces and compliment the neutral tones and accent colors. Custom furniture by Purposeful Design can be seen throughout the space in conference rooms, private offices, and collaborative work zones.
